National ID Day 2016

The “I Decide to Stop Diabetes campaign (ID Day)” is a nationwide effort to raise diabetes awareness and promote healthy living during American Diabetes Month. Faith and community-based organizations are asked to join with the American Diabetes Association and other organizations across the country to Take the Pledge for their community to live a healthier life to Stop Diabetes®.

Project 13 is asking you and your church to partner with us on Sunday, November 6th as we take a stand to STOP Diabetes. Please ask your congregations to wear RED and consider taking a kit from the P13 committee
