Programs & Planning and Development - The Program Planning and Development will ensure that Delta’s programs and projects meet the public service needs of the African American community.  The Committee shall work to stimulate interest and support of programs and projects which significantlyimpact indigent families, neglected and needy children, senior citizens, and those as identified by Grand Chapter initiatives.
